Hello,

I'm running Apache 1.3 on Windows 2000 with PHP 4.3 and MySQL 3.23

When I go to http://localhost/ on the server, it takes about 30-40 seconds
to serve up the page (a simple php page). It does eventually come up with no
errors, but it takes long.

When I go to http://ipaddress/ (the IP of the web server) from a different
computer, the page is served up very quickly.

Thus, I believe there's somesort of loopback configuration problem, but I
have no idea where to begin looking. Can anyone suggest what the problem
might be?

Thanks,
Darren Gates
