This is definitely the right patent since Stephen West and Paul Meade

There is only one Richard E. Jenkins who is a patent attorney in North

I hope this helps. |

Many thanks. Great job in very short time.
When I click at the link:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=5,649,826.WKU.&OS=PN/5,649,826&RS=PN/5,649,826

Can you get to the site with the link? Or You need to follow some
route? If you to follow the route, what that route is? You cannot
attach a file with your response, can you?

What browser are you using?
I tried the link in two different browsers (Explorer and Mozilla), and
it worked in both of them.
Try going to this page:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/srchnum.htm
Type: 5,649,826 in the box and press the search button.

I already tried that.
I found the problem - totally unexpected one!
My IP Address falls under 202.156.*.*
I found much to my surprise that USPTO has blocked a large number of
IP addresses. It has blocked 202.156.*.* also. Thus IP addresses
between 202.156.0.0 to 202.156.255.255 (the highest digit in IP
address is 255) cannot access USPTO databases. I have written to USPTO
to allow me access.
Can u suggest a solution, beside going to a friend's and waiting for
USPTO's response?
Can u send me the patent document file? But I guess we cannot give
email address to each other. Can you send the file thru Google
Answers.
Regards
