I suggest you to expire this question and post the cases in separated
questions in order to let to the researchers to see the cases and
answer them.
I cannot find the solutions and also cannot find the cases to see if
my accounting skills are enough to solve them.
Remember to post one question for each case.

The problem is that I havenīt the book, so I canīt see the cases, but
may be my skills are enough to solve them, or may be another
researcher is in the same situation. So can you post the cases in
separated questions in order to see if we can solve them?
