I need to locate the month of a back issue of the National Geographic
with an articleabout The Davies' of Wales (please note the E in
Davies) It may be in the 1980's or early 1990's

Hi there! I think I've located the date of the article. Does it relate
to Bruce Davies, his wife and his brother, who are sheep farmers in
Monmouthshire?

I've requested clarification since the date I've found is only a
couple of years old. Could this still be the article you read?

Hi stanley1:

Another possibility could be the July, 1983 article "Wales, the Lyric
Land" - though I cannot determine wether anyone named Davies was
mentioned in the article. (unfortnuately, my NG collection is in my
friend's keeping this year.)

Hi Stanley,
I have contacted National Geographic and have received a response from
them. They have given me a listing of articles on Wales that include
information on the Davies family.
Would the reply I have received including the listing of articles from
National Geographic Magazine suffice as an answer to your question?
Regards,

To clarify, the listing of these articles also include the dates they
were published in National Geographic Magazine.
