While I feel I could answer this question, it would be good if you
could elaborate a bit more on what you were looking for out of the
answer. By what means would you like the answer based on? For
instance, from a historical point of view? Religious point of view?
Social point of view, popular society? Are all art forms in question
here? Painting, Verse, Sculpture, written Arts, Dance?

You seem to be asking can a man see inside a woman's head and realate
that through a art form. If that is the question, the answer would be
yes, it has been done already, and so has the reverse. But I will stop
here and wait for your clarification. Other researchers may have a
better answer as well.
