I am looking for a Bacardi (www.bacardi.com) Magazine Ad, where it
says, "Veterinarian by Day, Bacardi By Night." This ad has a picture
of a woman on it.

Can you tell me which Magazine (name of magazine, month, and year)
that this ad was printed?

Thank You!

I found one that fits your description, except it says:

"Vegetarian by day, Bacardi by night"

Do you think *that* might be it...?

I'd bet that it is, pafalafa.

You can peruse other Bacardi print ads by clicking on "More Bacardi
Rum samples" at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for your question.

There are other ads on there, but non of them are of the one I am looking for.

Thanks for looking at this question!

Bacardi for the bast few years has made TONS of these "____________ by
Day, Bacardi by Night Ads."

I know the one I am looking for is Veterinarian.

Ooops. It was a pretty fair guess, though.

Tell you what...I'll keep looking around to see if I can find a
veterinarian version of the ad. Anything pops up, I'll post it here.

P.S. One of the places I looked didn't have your ad (it did have
other Bacardi ads) but it does have a "Find an Ad" service. They'll
hunt down old magazine ads for you for a fee.

Have a look:

Heh!

That is actually my website. Someone used my Find an Ad Service for
this ad, I couldn't find it on my own, so I am seeing if google
answers could find it :)!

Thank you though for linking to my site :)!

Small world! No sign yet of the "veterinarian" ad, though.

I think I made a mistake. I meant to give you a $2 tip and then close
the question. I did not mean to close it and give the $6.25 plus a $2,
how do I change that?

Ulp! I'm glad you found your ad, but I'm not sure if you can undo
your renumeration at this point...that's up to the GA Editors, not me.
Their email contact is at the bottom of the page here. Drop them a
note and make your case...we'll see what happend.

Reason this answer was rejected by dpb-ga:
I wanted to give the person looking for my answer a $2 tip, since he
did work hard trying to find it. Unfortunatly he was not able to find
it, and I actually found the answer on my own.

While trying to give him the tip, I guess I closed the question, also
giving him the $6.25. I would like to have the $6.25 refunded and I
want pafalafa-ga to be able to keep the $2 tip.

Thanks, David
dpb-ga rated this answer:4 out of 5 stars and gave an additional tip of: $2.00
One of my friends ended up finding it. It is in a May 2002 W Magazine.
So I am going to cancel the question, but I did leave a $2 tip for
your assistance.
