Have been thinking about it for a long time.  What is a good source of
information?  (Certainly the "Starting an Import/Export Business" type
books come to mind.)  Is this a feasible business for a one person to
begin and make a decent living at?  Does anyone have a first-hand
experience?  I would like a knowledgeble, informed answer.  Thank you.

Yes, probably.  I have read some articles and publications - but on a
very high level.  Ideally, would like to hear from some one with a
first hand (or close to it) experience.
