I saw a t.v. show where this man who made 18,000 a year as a used car
salesman received 1 million dollars.  He had exposed some kind of
FRAUD in a company or somethig like that.  I believe they said there
is some kind of law where a person exposes the fraud and gets a large
portion of the money.  Do you know what law this is? and does it apply
to any kind of fraud?
I am only asking this question because I am curious.  I am not looking
to get any money from anyone.
