Does the the Frangipane family live in the city of Ciminna, Sicily?

I just found two records for Frangipane in a telephone directory of
Italy, specifically Sicilia. Both are for the same person and address,
and yes, they are from the city of Ciminna.

There only one person appears on the directories, with his name,
address and phone numbers (two phone numbers for the same person and
address).
