Dear Joel,
I seriously believe that I've found the closest information to your
answer available. I'll give you a web link, that leads to a 1993
entries list of radio broadcasting stations, in more than 60
consecutive pages. The list presents four columns: legal name, trade
name, city and country, which are also the categories you can sort the
radio stations by. By clicking the legal name, you get linked to the
company data, that tipically includes: address, telephone number,
website and email link (when available).
The link is:

I hope this will be usefull for you. I really trust it will.
Thanks for your question, and good luck with your endevours!

Dear Joel:
After posting my answer, I realized that, although the largest part of
your request was fulfilled --by providing an exhaustive catalog of
broadcasting radios from the most populated countries in Latin
America--, there were quite a few countries left. I apologize; the
title Latin America on top of the page and the number of entries made
me think it included all countries. Fortunately, I usually double
check my jobs, even after I consider them finished, so that I could
find out that this database included not all Latin American radio
stations, but those from Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and
Colombia. Still, these are Latin American major countries, in which
category Venezuela could be included too.
Getting to the point, I searched and found an alternative catalog. In
order to be sincere, this one is not as well organized as the one for
the other six countries, but still the information is there and quite
easy to be found. Here you are the URL's, country by country.
