I am looking for a Microsoft Publisher expert. I am willing to pay the
amount listed for a referral to such a person. I am looking for
someone who will design a Microsoft Publisher template for me that I
can use to make liner notes for my CDs. I am not a designer and just
need a template I can pour text into. The $ I am listed is NOT the
price I am willing to pay for the template, this is the price I am
willing to pay just to find the person. The money I pay the designer
will be in addition to the amount. If you are a Microsoft Publisher
expert, then claim this one for yourself. If you're not, I will accept
one to three good referrals as an answer also.

in the past. I know they have designing experience with Publisher,
FrontPage, PageMaker, and others. And tell them "Darrel" referred you,
and they'll probably give you a good deal.

Sorry for the delays responding. This is a quality answer as there are
two decent leads presented. Five stars would be reserved for someone
