Your best bet for getting memory cheap is to register as a reseller. 
This will allow you to avoid the ~3% markup usually added between
resellers and end-users.

PC Wholesale offers reseller account to buy direct from the
distributor:

Alternatively, look at the Kingston Technologies list of distributors.
