RECONSTRUCTION OF AN EXISTING APARTMENT UNIT. I have a old 5 units
apartment units which was build more than 50 years ago. It is located
in one of the most desirable area in Sherman Oaks, CA (south of
Ventura Blvd. on Dickens St. near Van Nuys Blvd.). I like to know how
what is the best way for me to find a good contractor who will be able
to help me to proceed for this project.
The 5 units apartment units are under rent control. All units are
occupied. Two of the tenants lived there more than 20 years.
