Why can't I receive my hotmail emails? The cache is 45% full. The only ones I receive are from Hotmail when I report the problem but I receive no solutions. I have been asked if I support Java or if my cookies are enabled. I don't know what that means. | |

Have you ever received messages successfully at this account? Did you change anything? Go to 'Options' and see if you have set anything that will exclude mail from your account. Go to 'View All Folders' and see if anything is in your junk mail folder. You can tell HotMail to recognize mail from senders whose messages you wish to receive. Is any of the mail you're missing stuck there amidst the debt consolidation and anatomical enlargement ads? Send yourself a message from another account and see what happens to it. Does it bounce back to you? Does it get filtered into junk mail? Send yourself a message *at* that Hotmail account and *from* that HotMail account. You should immediately see that one in your Inbox as incoming. Do you? Apteryx |
