This is not exactly what you are looking for which is why I'm putting
here in comments rather than as an answer. but it may help you or
another researcher zero in on things.

This website from the California Department of Water Resources has
interactive maps with a "Zoom" break down feature.
http://wwwdpla.water.ca.gov/nd/GroundWater/gwlevels.html

First, click on "Retrieve groundwater level data by map interface."
You will be taken to a water table map for the whole state of
California. Then click on "Northern California."

From there, click on "Santa Rosa." on the interactive map.

When the new map comes up, click on "Santa Rosa" again.

On the new map click "West."

You will now have a map with Sebastopol dead center. This is the end
of the map series and you can download or copy this map.

On this map you will find interactive links by state well number. - -
"Wells monitored by the Department of Water Resources and cooperating
agencies are identified according to the State Well Numbering system.
The numbering system is based on the public land grid, and includes
the township, range, and section in which the well is located. Each
section is further subdivided into sixteen 40-acre tracts, which are
assigned a letter designation as shown in the figure below. Within
each 40-acre tract, wells are numbered sequentially. The final letter
of the State Well Number refers to the base line and meridian of the
public land grid in which the well lies. "M" refers to the Mount
Diablo base line and meridian; "S" refers to the San Benardino base
line and meridian; "H" refers to the Humboldt base line and meridian."

When you click on a location, you will then be taken to information
detailing ground water level readings. by locating the well closest
to the specific area you are interested in, you should have a fairly
good idea as to what will be found.

It would seem the area you are looking for is in the Santa Rosa Plain.
While these maps are related to your question, they are not actually
maps of the aquifers themselves.

If you need more detailed maps and information, you may contact:

Department of Water Resources, Central District
Geology and Groundwater Section
3251 'S' Street
Sacramento, CA 95816

Phone: 916-227-7590
Fax: 916-227-7600

The website mentioned by THX may also contain some additional
information which might be of help. While there are no maps, there is
information about specific locations. By finding the one closest to
you, you can learn about groundwater quality in the area.
