I would like to send (mail/email/fax/?) my 200-500 business clients a
monthly or quarterly token of appreciation to keep my business
top-of-mind.  Clients are mainly admin assts and midlevel
professionals in corporations.  What are some good ideas of things to
send and sources for purchase.  I am seeking ideas which minimize
total cost (easy to package and mailing postal costs).

Approximately how much are you wanting to spend, per client? Are we
talking about a "token of appreciation" like a keychain, or something
more substantial?

I would rather mail 12X per year something which costs $4 each time,
then to mail 1X for a $50 item.  The more marketing impressions the
better.  So, I want to minimize costs per item (total costs).  Think
of it as Monthly Items of Value - it does not have to be something
physical each time.
