By RIAA, do you mean Royal Institute of Australian Architects, or
Recording Industry Association of America, or something else?

This is a very interesting question, but after more than an hour of
research, I am nowhere near an answer, so I'm bowing out.

I hope another Researcher will be able to ferret out this information
for you. My ferrets seem to have gone to sleep. ;-)
