His name was John Henry Hargrove (preacher) her name was Mamie Armanda
Wooten Non (Amanda but, Armanda) they were married on 24,Aug 1907 in I
believe Augusta, Woodruff county, Arkansas husbands father was
Eldridge P. Hargrove and his mother was Nancy Delay. JHH was born Sept
1877 in Cotton Plant, Woodruff county Arkansas, died around 1918 in
Goodwin, Lee co, Arkansas she died on Nov 13, 1970 in Cleveland,
Bolivar County, Mississippi. any information on were they lived as a
married couple, their children etc.....

John Henry Hargrove and Mamie Armanda Wooten were married on 24 Aug
1907 in Cotton Plant, Arkansas.  According to these records (which,
incidentally, are also posted on Ancestry.com), they had one child,
Emery Luther Hargrove, born 12 Sep 1913 in Limrock, Alabama (which I
presume is where the family lived).  Emery Luther Hargrove married
Thelma Edna Rodgers on 9 Sep 1932 in Palestine, Arkansas, and they had
one daughter, who is still living.  The daughter married Ernest Henry
Smith, and they too had one daughter, who is still living.

Hi, I found an Eldrig P Hargroves in the 1880 census - He was born in
1850 in Tennessee. The census shows him to be a servant in the home of
Robbert Williamson, Marion, Sebastian, Arkansas. He is shown only as a
30 year old white male working for this family.  Could this be John
Henry's father?
