I am looking for a methodology for analyzing how a company can benefit
from the introduction of WEB TECNOLOGY on 1 or more of its key
processes.
Small /medium enterprises.
Generic categories (as in "no specific".....)
i.e.
A "step by step" guide as to how to focus on
a)which are the KEY areas to home in on
b)how to demonstrate the cost /benefits of applying web based
tecnology to replace /augment/ partner/support these key areas

It has to stand up to a reaonable level of "scrutiny".
Most of the companies are new to using web based tecnology

A breakdown of the key company processes in which web solutions are
used would be super useful too
