I would like to know about the current status of real estate
investment in Tehran,Iran. I am looking for reports, surveys and any
statistical information. I would like to have details about different
neighborhoods of the city and their growth rates in terms of
population, infrastructure, etc. I would also like to know if there
are any international financial institutions that issues bonds or
mutual funds or any kind of securities based on their investments in
real estate in Tehran or Iran. I would also like to know about what is
being predicted about the future of real estate in Iran or
specifically Tehran.
