Question ID: 213106
I’m looking for the percentage increase in retail sales of fresh herbs
(ie, at the grocery store and/or other retail outlets) over the last
10 years or so. I have data on 1990 to 1991 (a 92% increase) but I am
lacking more current data. A year-by-year breakdown (ie; % increase
from 1991 to 1992, % increase from 1992 to 1993, etc.) will get you a
tip, but I will also settle for a broader ranging number too (ie,
“increased 190% in the last five years”). Please include search
strategy and source of data for documentation purposes.

Do you want information about the world market or a particular geographical area?

I am most interested in USA, but please include info on Canada,
Europe, Japan, and Asia if you stumble upon it, or it is easy to get
also. Including this world market info will get you a tip, but world
market info is not absolutely necessary to satisfy me.
