Im looking for the percentage increase in retail sales of fresh herbs (ie, at the grocery store and/or other retail outlets) over the last 10 years or so. I have data on 1990 to 1991 (a 92% increase) but I am lacking more current data. A year-by-year breakdown (ie; % increase from 1991 to 1992, % increase from 1992 to 1993, etc.) will get you a tip, but I will also settle for a broader ranging number too (ie, increased 190% in the last five years). Please include search strategy and source of data for documentation purposes. | |
