I have tryed searching different ways to come up with finding
complaints files for a certain business. I have tryed the BBB, and
state licensing departments. I am still coming up unsuccessful.

Let me know of any suggestions that could lead me to finding out more

Hi venus1,

There is one resource I know of that I think you will find very
useful. It's the Attorney General for whatever state the business you
want to find complaint on is registered in.

ATTORNEY GENERAL WEBSITES:
http://www.carreonandassociates.com/attorney-general.htm

At the web site, whichever one it is, navigate to the "consumer
complaints" or "consumer protection" area. --For instance, in my
state, Washington, it's here: http://www.wa.gov/ago/consumer/

If you would like me to find your specific link at the correct web
site, ask for a "clarification" before rating my answer and I'll be
happy to link you to it.
