I need to locate a company which currently can provide a compound
called "zwitterionic piperazine" for use in cancer therapy. Ideally I
would like email contact details, and they must be a current source,
not a past source of supply

Hello -

"Zwitterionic" means that a compound has multiple charged moeities,
but a net neutral charge.  Amino acids, some phospholipids, some
detergents, and some buffer compounds fit into this category. 
Zwitterionic piperazine derivatives also have a multiple ionizable
groups, but at physiological pH, have a net neutral charge.

One of these compounds, 4-(2 Hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazine ethane
sulfonic acid (HEPES) is a common buffer solution, has been reviewed
in cancer:
