Hi nurit~

Bear in mind that this list is somewhat subjective. For most states,
it can be said they're famous for a variety of foods. These are just a
sampling. Except for the links that will take you to recipes, the
links I've included are just to give you an idea of what might be
considered famous food.

MARYLAND:
Maryland is known for it's crab cakes and lobster (

You'll find a recipe for steamed lobster (the traditional way to cook
it) at: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_15891,00.html

PENNSYLVANIA:
Pennsylvania is known for it's Chicken Pot Pie, Shoofly Pie, and
Whoopie Pies. I think they like pies in Pennsylvania! (
