You'll probably want to be more specific about what key points you're
seeking.  Some of us are old enough to have parents who referred to
"the big war" as World War I, when you may want a reference to the
1941-1945 period.

A good introduction to the topic is James Michener's novel, "Hawaii."

either reduce the number of words desired - or else to increase the

I think a benchmark of about 500 words for $20 (as in the EU question
I just answered for you) is quite reasonable.
