Technical Question: We have had a website "cooperfellowship.org" and
"cooperfellowship.com" for over two years. In addition to the text in
our site pages, we have hidden white text repeating all the likely key
words that might be associated with our business. Still we are NOT
FINDABLE using Google or AOL. We receive many complaints that we
can't be found. However, we are instantly findable using ALta Vista
and several other search engines. What do we need to do, to be
findable on Google and AOL?

Hi cooperfellowship:

You pretty much answered your own question when you said "we have
hidden white text repeating all the likely key words that might be
associated with our business." Having "hidden text" is a definite
no-no at Google. Other search engines may allow hidden text, which is
why your site is available through them.

I strongly suggest you read the following page carefully:

Google Information for Webmasters
URL: ://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html
Quote: "Quality Guidelines - Specific recommendations:
Avoid hidden text or hidden links."

Removing your hidden text (and fixing whichever of the other
guidelines you might be breaking) and then resubmitting your site is
your best bet.

I can't guarantee when or if you'll get in the Google index - but you
surely won't if you don't take those steps.

As for AOL - they are powered by Google, meaning that they get their
search results from Google. Fix Google, you fix AOL.

Where is the hidden text? I couldn't find any.

Have you submitted your site to Google?
http://google.com/addurl.html

Would be a good idea to submut it to AlltheWeb as well:

A Google guideline warns against "duplicate content". I suggest
changing cooperfellowship.org to a single page that tells visitors
that your main site is at cooperfellowship.com
