Hello.

"How much can notaries charge?
A notary in Pennsylvania is required by law to charge a notarization
fee of no more than $2.00 for each act. On acknowledgments, a notary
may charge $1.00 for each additional signature; on depositions and
protests, a notary may charge $2.00 per page. A notary is also
permitted to charge a clerical fee which is up to her discretion."

Notary Public's may charge any reasonable fee they want for their
service, they are not regulated, however, to the best of my knowledge,
most charge between $5.00 and $10.00.
