As it stands, your question invites a 'yes' or 'no' answer.
The short answer is that it's possible, but not as effective
as when the nursing staff has been prepared to take into
account the rather considerable differences which may be
encountered when interacting with those of other cultures.

If a patient is unconscious and the nurse is addressing
a physical condition, with no interaction with the patient
or their family, cultural differences will not come into
play as much as if the nurse is communicating with the
patient and/or their family regarding the physical and
psychological status of the patient.

If such communications do not take cultural diffences
into account, the results can be disastrous.

Perhaps you can clarify your interest in this topic, and
rephrase the question so that it requires something more
than a 'yes' or 'no' answer. This will make it easier
to provide an answer which will address the concerns
implied in your question.

I need to do a argumentive essay. "Many health professionals beleive
that it possible to work with people of different cultural
backgrounds, without transcultural preparation."

Ican find plenty of material on the need for cultural preparation, but
none on the above statement.

There is no answer at this time.

I'm afraid you got stuck with the task of presenting a very
unpopular point-of-view. I couldn't find anything either, and
didn't really expect to, having worked in the health services
field for 20+ years. Transcultural training is considered
pretty much indispensible these days.
