Alright, this work will be well worth the money should you be able to
find it. Looking for a P2P e-mail payment service that allows
merchants to accept credit cards without the customers having to
register. Also there can't be a transaction limit. I've checked
services such as the 34 noted on
 http://www.paybyemail.info/site/eng/index.htm
but they haven't yielded the results looked for, also if there's a
service that can send money orders or cash transfers for 10,000+ with
a credit card that would also be acceptable.
Something compareable to Yahoo Direct Payment with no transaction
limit. Expect a good amount of work for this, hard work will be
rewarded.

To further clarify, it can't be a credit card service that requires a
specific amount of money to start the servive up, rather something
like paypal or anypay or a service that accepts merchants NOW, not
24-hours, to accept credit cards

I've been researching this for the last 10 hours, but with limited
results. What has come up successful was a service called
https://www.neteller.com/ that offers something similar to paypal, but
with less restrictions. Just to recap
 - no transaction limits
 - no merchant account required
 - P2P or accept Credit Cards
 - not webgold
 - perfer auction services

Spent a bit of time researching this as well. Came up with one link in
particular that may be of interest:

About a year ago, I was looking for something kind of similar to start
up my web business. Suprisingly, PayPal does not have any monthly
fees, and you can accept credit card payments from anybody, whether
they are registered or not. I do it all the time, and I'd be out of
business if I had to pay $50/month for a credit card.

I suggest that you set up a Premier or Business account with PayPal.
You can get set up to receive payments in minutes, but you might need
to confirm your address to have a payment deposited in your account.
(Don't worry, your customers will think everything's finished while
you confirm your address).

I think this is something you'd be looking for. However, PayPal's fees
are ridiculous (2.9% plus 30 cents).
