I got a Treo 180 and I want to learn about the Treo specific and phone

I want some power user tips on how to deal with the items that are
beyond the standard Palm OS.  The treo specific and phone specific
features.

For example…
How do you copy entry from your contacts into the Quick Dialer, so you
don’t have to retype them?
Can I sync my Quick Dialer with a program on my PC?
Is there any tricks for dialing with one hand (like while in the car).
 Shortcuts that don’t involve taking any attention away from the road.
Does it do Voice Dial?
Does it do Voice memo?
How do I know which PalmOS email programs support GPRS

Maybe there is a site for Treo specific and phone specific tips, or a
general Palm GPRS or Palm convergence device power users area.
