I am interested in attending graduate school in either 
a)Industrial Engineering, 
b)Masters in Engineering Management or Project Management
I am an international student,. The only problem is that out there,
there are many graduate schools that dont have industrial
engineerings/project management  masters, AND offer financial aid.
I am looking for a list of  graduate schools that 
a) Offer the masters in what I am looking for
b) Offer FINANCIAL, NEED BASED aid for INTERNATIONAL  students
c) Mean GPA of entering grad students into that program is BELOW 3.5
d)Do not require previous work experince as a pre-requiste for the
program
