i want to go to school for satellite communications but i dont know of
any schools.  i have work experience but now i need a certification. 
if there is any where are they located and are there any in new york?
also is there a such thing as a 2 year tech school for satellite comm.?

I started to research your question and discovered that there are no
college or certificate programs in satellite communications. The
classes and workshops I was able to find seem to be offered by
consulting companies to companies who want to train their staff or as
a part of broader telecommuncations training programs. If you can
provide additional information about your situation, I might be able
to find something that would meet your needs. Thanks.

thanks for helping,  well let me being by saying that, the reason that
im inquiring about this information is that im about to leave the
united states marine corps.  i deal with satellite communications
radios, frequencies, many other different type of freqs. and radios. i
figured that when i get out i would find some type of schools to
expand my knowledge and get certifide in what i do.  if i have work
experience all i would need is a certification so i could find some
work with some big companies, cell phone co., telephone co., etc.
something in the feild.  i realize that satellites is what runs the
world and people need to talk around the world  so if im right there
for satellite communications .  im not exatly sure what im looking for
but i want to stay the feild so i can use the work experince to my
advantage. if u could please helpme find what i think im looking for
or at least guide me in the right direction i would really apreciate
it.
