Contugesic contains 60mg dihydrocodeine and no acetaminophen.
According to one site it is supposed to be twice as strong as codeine.
It is not the same as Tylenol #4, but is a good alternative. Taking
one of these pills and possibly one Tylenol Regular Strength (OTC)
will give the same effects as one Tylenol #4.

Codeisan contains 30mg codeine, and no acetaminophen. (Check the
package, it should say 29 or 30mg fosfato de codeina.) Taking two of
these pills and one Tylenol Regular Strength (OTC) will be the
equivalent of one Tylenol #4.

Sugar, lactose, colours etc. may vary from one product to another, but
as long as the active ingredients are similar it should not be an
issue. Both these meds are a good alternative to Tylenol #4, but be
aware that they may be addictive if used over a longer period.
