One of my co-workers is a reluctant convert to Mozilla and wants the
standard Outlook command key bindings instead of Mozilla's. At the
very least, how do I configure Mozilla to use Ctrl-F instead of Ctrl-L
to Forward an email message on Windows?

I've already seen this site:
http://www.mozilla.org/unix/customizing.html#keys

Unfortunately, I don't have time to to dig through the various config
files and puzzle it out myself.
