How do you deal with sliders and/or progress bars created in Microsoft
Visual Studio 6.0's Resource File Editor?  In particular, how do you
set the range of the slider/progress bar and find out it's current
value (in C++)?

The slider in question is contained in a dialog box created in a .rc
file in Microsoft Visual C++.
