Beth,
While the http://www.alfahras.cc/default.asp page has a Page Rank of 0
and it *does* link to your site, I really don't think that that is
your problem. You should probably e-mail their webmaster and ask them
if they will remove the link to their site, but you will want to
concentrate your efforts on your own site.
The reason I asked if you had changed the layout of your site recently
is because, as it currently exists, your website is all but invisible
to Google and many other Search Engines.
So that you can better understand what I mean, let's run your site
through the Search Engine Spider Simulator at Search Engine World.
http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/sim_spider.cgi
This simulator shows something similar to what the Googlebot sees when
it indexes your site:

The Palestine Name

The Bible gives end time prophecies concerning Palestine. The Koran
never mentions the name Palestine

------------------------------------------------
Most major Search Engines **no longer use** the <meta> keywords and
description to determine relevance because of attempts by webmasters
to "cheat" by "spamming" these fields with hundreds of irrelevant
words. What the Search Engines *DO* use is the website text, and as
you can see, your main page contains very little text.
Furthermore, because all your links to subpages are buried in java
applets, Search Engines just CAN'T SEE THEM.
So if the Googlebot and other Search Engine Spiders stop by your site,
they'll see very little text, no links, and figure that that's all
there is. They won't index your site, and they may not even come back
the next time around.
Another possible problem:
When I first visited your site this morning, I got a very generic page
that said something like "this page is under construction". This
evening, I was able to view your site, but your banner title appeared
as a little box with a red "X" (the picture wasn't found). Now I am
able to see the whole page, but I can't see the little oval buttons
any more, and when I click on the links to your subpages, I get "The
page cannot be found".
What this tells me is that there may be some problems with your domain
host having your site consistently up and available. However, if the
Googlebot or other Search Spider comes by and your website is not up,
it may remove your site from its index and not come back. Therefore,
it's a good idea to check your website once a day if you can, to make
sure that it's not consistently unavailable. If it appears that there
is a real problem, you're going to have to "have words" with your
hosting company, or change to a hosting company that is more reliable.
Okay, so here's what you need to do to make your site more friendly to
Search Engines:
1) Add a couple of meaty paragraphs (consisting of complete, correct
English sentences) to your front page describing the purpose of your
website. All those keywords you listed in your <meta> tags? Be sure
that at least the most important of them is included 2 or 3 times in
your paragraphs.
2) Get rid of the applet links. Make your subpage links regular html
hyperlinks. For example:
<a href="http://palestinename.com/wcourt.htm">World Court</a>
3) Page Titles - Create a separate, descriptive page title for each
page. For instance, rather than
<title>The Palestine Name</title>
for your main page, turn it into a sentence beginning "The Palestine
Name - " and containing the purpose or content of your site.
4) Invite Search Engines to visit your website
To encourage Search Engine robots to crawl and index your page,
include the following robots <meta> tags:
<meta name="Robots" content="index,follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="10 Days">
5) Submitting your site to Search Engines
Finally, once you have made all these modifications to your site, it's
time to submit it to Search Engines to be indexed. Here's how you
submit your site to Search Engines:
Be sure to follow their instructions; for instance, some Engines
request that you submit only your top-level URL rather than every one
of your pages. Failure to follow the instructions can result in
lowered rankings or even in being blacklisted from a Search Engine.
Google:
(Be aware that it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months for your site
to start showing up on Google; however, since Google also uses DMOZ as
a guide to its indexing efforts, you might be able to speed that up a
little by also submitting your site in a DMOZ category as described
next.)
DMOZ (Directory Mozilla/Open Directory Project):
http://dmoz.org/add.html
(I recommend first finding the best subcategory for your site,
then once you're on the page for the category you choose,
click on the blue "Add URL" hypertext link in the upper
right-hand corner of the page)

6) The Elusive, Mysterious Page Rank
Page Rank is the extremely complex algorithm (based on more than 100
different factors) that Google uses to decide how "important" a page
is, and thus how high it will rank in Google Search Results.
To get a higher Google Page Rank, you should ask sites with similar or
related themes if they would place a link to your website on theirs in
exchange for you placing a link to their website on yours. You will
especially want to find other sites which already have a Page Rank of
4 or higher.
You can determine a site's Page Rank using the Google Toolbar, which
is an add-in to Microsoft Internet Explorer. You can read more about
the Toolbar, and download it, here:
<http://toolbar.google.com>
Remember that links from a few ***quality*** sites with related themes
who link to only a few other pages (including yours) will do far more
to improve your Page Rank than links from one hundred other pages that
also link to hundreds of other sites.
If you follow these suggestions, I think that you will find that your
site will start appearing in these search engines. Remember that you
may have to be patient; sometimes it can take from 1 to 3 months (or
even longer) for changes to fully percolate through the system.
Before Rating this Answer, if you have any questions about the above
information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I will be
glad to see what I can do for you.
Best Wishes!
