I need the exact time the star of "Lord Of The Rings," Viggo Peter
Mortensen, was born in New York City (lower East side) on October 20,
1958, in order to chart his horoscope. His father's name is also
Viggo, and his mother's name is Grace. Viggo now lives in either
Venice or Santa Monica, California, if that helps you.

Dear Veleka,

According to his official website, "Viggo's Birthday is October 20,
1958 (New York City). Time of day is unknown".

Best,

Apologies: I have neglected to credit the source:

Viggo Mortensen Corner,
http://www.frostyland.com/Viggo/viggo.index.shtml, FAQ (on the left
hand side).

I am also not sure, in retrospective, if it is an official site, or
only a very good fan site.

You could rectify on the basis of most appropriate ascendant types
plus, if you have any biographical details, on major life events vs.
transit patterns. It can work very well.

Hi, PoliticalGuru, that is not an official Web site. Vig doesn't want
one. And Frosty put "Unknown" because I queried him months ago. In
fact, I have queried everyone I could think of before turning to
Google. I need his birth certificate. Before 911, that was easy.
Now..... In any event, I'm not a professional astrologer, so the
suggestion of Tehuti would not be viable for me. I need the birth
certificate. I'm now researching what agencies can pull public
records. Thanks for your input.

You might find it very difficult to get a copy of the birth
certificate. This would have to be obtained from NYC Department of
Health & Mental Hygiene
Office of Vital Records, who say on their web site:
"If you are applying for a certificate on behalf of someone else, you
must provide us with an original, notarized letter signed by that
person authorizing release of their certificate to you. You must also
bring with you that person's photo ID as well as your own. If you are
an attorney seeking a birth record, you must provide us with
correspondence on legal letterhead indicating the purpose for which
the certificate is required along with a letter from the client giving
you permission to receive a copy of the birth certificate."

Aye, Tehuti, there's the rub. That's why I said that it was easy
before 9/11. And that's why I need someone able to pull publc records
since I myself can provide nothing that that department now requires.
Thanks for contributing.
