What is the prevalence of clinical depression in:
1. Malaysia ($10)
2. Indonesia ($10)
3. Vietnam ($10)

Can you help identify or access the published or unpublished studies
on depression in that. Ideally, I'd like info on:
 
the name and the year of the study 
the place of the study (name of the region, urban or rural) 
the number of sample 
the characteristics of the sample, eg. age, sex, health condition,
etc,
the sampling method (random non-random sampling, etc) 
the diagnostics: depressive disorder, major depression or depression
in general
the prevalence rate (overall, by age groups, by sex or by urban/
rural).

You may want to consider breaking this into three separate questions;
as it now stands, a Researcher who cannot answer all three portions of
the question will not be able to post an answer. I doubt that this
material will be easy to obtain; "unbundling" the three parts of the
question may increase your likelihood of getting good results.
