Question on behalf of potential employer.
For EB3 Schedule A (registered nurse.)
The potential employees/Nurses are having their credentials reviewed
right now by CGFNS and are scheduled to take the next available CGFNS
exam (in September.)
Can I file/petition for them as an employer PRIOR to their passing the
exam (and then "supplement" the filing with the exam passing
certification?)
This could save me several months.... I would file with all other
data, e.g. diploma,transcript, police clearance, etc.
