The Zoo you are looking for is called the PHNOM TA MAO ZOOLOGICAL
GARDENS AND RESCUE CENTER. It is located, as you said, in Tro Pang
Sap village, Tro Pang Sap commune, Ba Ti district, Takeo province,
approximately 40 kilometres from Phnom Penh along National Route 2.
In English I have seen the name spelled:
Phnom Tamao
Phnom Ta mao
Phnom Tamau
It is sometimes called a zoo, zoological garden, rescue center, or
wildlife refuge.
The zoo does not seem to have an English website. This is the best I
