Hello Atm,

I located a list of the 47 school districts in Westchester County.

There is a link to an academic overview for each school district. 

There is also a list of public schools for each district with a
comprehensive report card for each school.

Would this be a satisfactory answer to your question?

And when you say the "top 10 school districts in westchester county,"
what categories should they be judged? grade point average? graduation
ratios? absenteeism?
