I'm curious to know how to introduce a new product to the US hospital
gift shop industry. Although many hospital gift shops are independent
stores run by volunteers, I've been told that many larger hospitals
are franchised.

- How would a small business go about introducing a product to these
two forms of gift shops?
- How would you best describe a hospital gift shop's typical method
for finding new products?
