I’m looking for software products that I can be installed on my web
server (Win2000 Server w/IIS 5.0) so that the domains I host for
clients can design their own website rather easily.

I don’t want the client to have any other software installed; only IE
should be necessary. By using HTML pages, they should be able to
design a website from packaged templates, upload graphics, change
text, etc…

I would like to see packages that are $500 or less… if that is not
feasible, I would say that $1000 would be my ceiling. I need the
software to be royalty free for one server.
