2. Where did you purchase/obtain this bottle
3. When did you purchase this bottle, and is it possible for you to

If you drank the contents of the bottle, please mention what type of
beverage it is:  alcoholic or non-alcoholic, beer/wine/soft-drink/,
etc.

Is "CFo." a typographical error--did you mean to type CO for company?

Can you ask the store where you bought it who the distributor is?
