Michael Savage is a fairly well-known nationally syndicated radio talk
show host with growing popularity.  His manner of relating to his
audience could be classified as inflammatory.  Furthermore, the
introductory theme music to his show reflects a certain sense of
defiance against the political establishment in the United States
complementary to his inflammatory style of oration.

For a whopping $4 (that's all I have left to spend, otherwise I would
offer more), what is the name of the song Michael Savage plays when
his show begins (and during commerical interludes)?  I believe the
song is by Metallica, but I could be wrong.
