I’m looking for sites that deal with changing your voice.

Specifically I’m after aspects such as pitch, tone, volume, etc. and
what effects these may have on others.

Also, are there ways to permanently (or at least semi-permanently)
change your voice?

It is well known that Maggie Thatcher had voice training so as to make
the sound that came out of her mouth less shrill and hectoring,
although the sentiments remained the same.

The newspaper columnist Keith Waterhouse delivered the following
verdict on the results: "She's been voice-trained to speak to me as
though my dog just died."
