I'm in California, U.S, but if the guide has to be purchased over seas that's ok.

For information:

This appears to be "Ultimate Disco-Graphy 2001" and indeed
by Hideto Koba.  Might only be available via Japan sources
so shipping might be problematic.

I haven't heard if there is a address or book store where I can
purchase this Price Guide, I would really like to purchase it.
