We are looking to provide a personal service to parents regarding
child safety on the Internet. We envisage this being offered on a one
to one basis between an advisor and the parents in their home. We are
interested in finding software products or suppliers that might offer a
complete service (not just Net Nanny) covering all areas ie. Spam,
pop-ups, pornographic site denial, undesirable chat sites, graphic
downloads etc. etc.
Preferably these products should be available for purchase at
wholesale or exclusive dealership levels.
Additionally we are interested in details of any other organisations
that might already be providing this service to the public.

Hello,

Companies that offer filtering services with a personal consultants
are hard to find. I have included them below. I found just two for
the home and one for the office. There are many more products that
just offer the self directed software. I have listed them also.
Finally, I included some parent resources, although, I did not find
any specific organizations to help parents

Filtering software that provide personal consultant services:

True Vine online, a Christian filtering service that provides a
personal consultant. It primarily protects your email and web
addresses against pornography and viruses.
http://truevine.net/

Netconex Internet access, This company provides an individual who
will come to your home to set up the software and discuss what your
needs are.

Internet Sheriff technology is primarily for business. It defines a
“human resource element”, which I think is a personal consultant.

We are aware that these companies are hard to find that is why we are
prepared to pay for the research !!
We asked "We are interested in finding software products or suppliers

We are hoping to find companies that can suuply wholesale or ar
distributor level.
We are also looking for organisations who are providing a similar
service to that which we envisage. We have found a few already but
would like to have a more comprehensive list.

Dear rrsvp,

I apologize that your answer wasn't satisfactory. I am continueing to
work on it, but I would like to clarify more what you would like.

Would you like a comprehensive list of products that are available
accompanied by a list of the features that each product has? I would
include their availablty as wholesale or dealership level. Or do you
just want products that are available for wholesale?

Dear rrsvp,

I hope I have a clearer understanding of what you are looking for. If
not, please let me know.

not the company is interested in a distributor. I have listed the

I appreciate the work you have done to date. I would like to see if we
could find any more products that are less biased towards industry and
more towards individuals. The majority of URLs found so far are for
corporate solutions.
Have you come across any organisations offering direct parental
support?
