What is the total $$ spent (Gross Merchandise sales0 in retail in 2002
in the USA? How does this spending break down by category? By
retail, I mean traditional retail and do not expect car sales, homes
sales, business to business products to be included.

What is the total $$$ Gross Merchandise Sales spent online in 2002 in
the USA? How does this break down by category? Do these numbers
include or exclude auction figures from places like eBay? Again, I am
assuming that cars, homes, etc. are excluded.

Please note, I am assuming that retail spending (in store) and online
are broken out separately and that together
