I am not posting this as an answer, since I cannot be certain that
it's the correct "Turtle Soup." If this meets your needs, I'll be glad

I have verified that the telephone number is correct. The mailing
address is as listed here (my request-for-clarification of last night,
using data which came from Switchboard.com, had one digit of the
address wrong.)

After a Web search using the keyphrase "turtle soup" + "magazine"
failed to produce any useful results, I located the telephone number
and address by visiting Switchboard.com. A phone call to the
publishers verified the accuracy of the telephone number, and the
correct address was obtained during the phone call.
